Clicking on the Start ToCoM button will allow you to start the ToCoM system under the initial default credentials of Administrator (an in-built ToCoM account).
If the system fails to start (or you're not logged into your server under the Administrator account), you'll have to modify the ToCoM desktop shortcut to allow /LOGON (alternate user) authentication. For more details on 'alternate user' accounts, see the ToCoM System Manager's Guide.
